Mobilitechs is very responsive. You always pick up the phone or call back quickly. You've done a great job of talking me through things over the phone or being able to connect remotely and resolving the problem. You've done a great job of explaining things to me since some of my computer skills are a little bit rusty. We've just been very happy.

We had a lot of viruses and spyware. We had general network issues that had to be worked out, as well as integration problems with manufacturer's software. Prior to Mobilitechs handling these issues I was the internal go-to person and quite a bit of my time was consumed with repairing minor computer issues that could have been avoided.

Now employees are able to use quicker PCs that make their jobs more efficient and with little to no downtime related to infection or network problems.

When there's a problem it gets fixed quickly and efficiently... we get consistent recommendations about upgrades and improvements to either software or hardware needs, which has allowed us to stay current and reduced the amount of research and effort that we've had to put into it. The recommendations have generally been very reliable.

It allows us to put our time and effort in to the things we do for the congregation and the overall ministry. We're not spending large amounts of time on the technical needs, which are vital to us functioning effectively.

I don't have to wait for you to come out. You can actually just take control of my computer and make adjustments or whatever is needed, and that's been wonderful. It's all about the response time, and saving time is what you've done. Being a small business owner, I almost look at you as a team mate or a coworker. Because I know I can call you for my technical questions... I'm not a real technical person, but I'm really quite satisfied with what you've offered us and how you've responded to our needs.

You need somebody that can really do the job for you and that you can trust... As clients, we want instant answers and instant fixes. It's very important to get things done quickly and comprehensively. We're very happy with Mobilitechs, rather than dealing with a long distance or national company with support half a world away.
